Yeida Plot Scheme:- The Yeida is inviting new applications for allotment of built-up housing flats which has been constructed in sector 22-D, Yamuna expressway industrial Development authority along the Yamuna Expressway. The main objective of launching the yeida plot scheme is to provide housing to the citizens at affordable prices. The flats are located in the premium location in  Noida. Under Yeida Plot Scheme around 1200 flats are to be distributed among the applicants. The scheme was launched on 19 September 2024 and the scheme will be closed on 31 March 2025.

What is YEIDA Housing Scheme?

The YEIDA Built-up housing scheme is a program launched by the government of India under the Yamuna expressway Industrial Development Authority. The scheme aims to provide housing facilities at affordable prices in premium locations of Noida. The scheme will be providing around 1200 residential plots to its applicants.

Under this program, the government has kept the price of houses comparatively less than the market price. The scheme will be a great step towards eradicating the homelessness in the state. Under this scheme, the government will be providing around 1200 flats to the citizens this time. The scheme has given a great response from the past years that’s why the government decided to renew the scheme to provide housing to the homeless people of Noida.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for applying under this scheme is given below:-

• The applicant should be the permanent resident of India.
• The age of the applicant should be above 18 years.
• The applicant should be interested in purchasing a plot under this scheme.

Eligibility Criteria for General Category

• On the day the scheme is released, applicants must be at least eighteen years old.
• Unless otherwise mandated by the Indian or Uttar Pradesh governments, applicants must be Indian citizens or non-resident Indians.
• Candidates must present official documentation of their citizenship, such as a voter ID, passport, or Aadhar card.
• Plots and residential properties within the YEIDA jurisdiction cannot be owned by applicants previously.
• Under the plan, applicants are only eligible for one plot.
• Candidates may apply jointly with members of their immediate family, but documentation of this relationship is needed.
• If each spouse receives a plot, one of them must be turned in within a month.

• The applicant should be a citizen of India.
•  The applicant should be at least eighteen years old on the day of application.
•  Not possess any residential property or block of land covered by YEIDA the land that YEIDA purchased or acquired for the Jewar Airport project
• not received a  residential plot or apartment in a prior YEIDA plan.

• The  Yeida Plot Scheme 2024 Registration Starts on 19th September 2024
• The Yeida Plot Scheme 2024 will end on 31st March 2025

Allotment Process for Yeida Plot Scheme

• Plot numbers will be drawn to complete the allocation procedure.
• There will be a separate draw for every category.
• The first draw should be held for all the candidates who have paid their payment totally in one shot.
•  Following the conclusion of the first round, all un allotted plots will be subject to a second draw, which will be conducted for the applicants who have paid half of their total price.
• The third round will begin for all applicants who have paid 30% of their total cost if certain plots are still vacant.

Payment Process of Yeida Plot Scheme

There are 2 options given for the payment process, these two options are given below:-

• Option 1:- The applicants can make the 100% payment within 60 days from the date of the letter of intent, under this option the 2% discount will be given to the applicants.
• Option 2:- The second plan involves the installment payment plan. In this very particular option, the applicant can pay 30%( 10% EMD+ 20% allotment money) from the date of issue of letter of intent and balance amount which will be 70% of the total premium of the flat in five years in 10-half yearly installments.

• after that the applicant has to select the preferred/selected flat/house size, sector and block. The registration money will be calculated according to the preference which will be chosed by the applicant.
• After the selection of a house/ flat the applicant has to fill in the details and upload the important documents like passport-size photographs, Aadhar card, PAN card, reservation category if any.
• After attaching all the documents the applicant shall pay the registration fee(non-refundable) and 10% earnest money which will be adjustable through an online payment gateway.
• After this a letter of intent will be issued as soon as the YEIDA processes the application and the applicant will be informed through SMS. The letter can be downloaded from the official website.
