• In rural areas, families can earn up to Rs 10,000, and in urban areas, up to Rs 12,000 per month.
• No more than 300 electrical construction units may be produced on a monthly average. The beneficiaries cannot be the children of public employees.
• Pension recipients are not allowed to grant pensions to any members of their family.
