Crop Loan Waiver Scheme:- The Telangana government is going to waive off thousands of crores of rupees of loans of 70 lakh farmers of the state today. Yes, the state government is giving Rs 7000 crore to the banks for this today evening. This amount will be given to those banks from which the farmers had taken loans. according to a PTI report, the Telangana government will waive off agricultural loans up to Rs 2 lakh for 70 lakh farmers. Rs 7,000 crore for loans up to Rs 1 lakh will be deposited in accounts today on Thursday. Crop loans up to Rs 1.5 lakh will be waived off by the end of July and the remaining by August.

Telangana government is going to launch Telangana Kisan Karj Mafi Yojana today to waive off loans of up to Rs 2 lakh of the farmers of the state. The government had announced the launch of this scheme in the assembly. Now, to fulfill this announcement, the government is giving benefits to 70 lakh farmers of the state. State Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy had earlier announced that the government will waive loans up to Rs 2 lakh by August 15.
